CH IntCh Inuyak Nothing Compares to You CGC TKN VHMA VHMP

Renka is a lovely Alaskan Malamute from the Netherlands that arrived just before mass transit shut-downs in 2020. Her first steps onto US soil were at the San Francisco airport onto hard concrete with many strange and loud noises. The first thing she did was seek some pets and then pounced on a toy! We are so grateful that she came across the ocean to us. 

Renka is a stable dog with a smidge of novel item shyness and really high resiliency when things don’t go the way she expects. Dog selective, she is capable of ignoring other dogs but like most malamutes rises to meet any perceived challenge that comes her way. Thankfully, she changes her mind when requested to “on-by”. She has medium work drive, high prey drive, and a strong desire for her people to be OK. Renka seeks me out whenever I am upset and buries her head into my chest.
